About the Chef

Chef Jessica G.

Hey! I’m Chef Jessica. I’ve been vegan for nearly 7 years, while living as a vegetarian or on-off vegan for years before that.

Current student at the Auguste Escoffier School for Culinary Arts in the Plant-Based Culinary Arts program, and current cook at one of Sonoma Valley’s finest vineyards.

I am inspired by traditional American cuisine– which is more-or-less the tradition of taking comfort foods from around the globe and using our regionally available ingredients to change and adopt it.

Following this tradition, I make global comfort cuisine, and I do it without causing any suffering.
